Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:
The product was damaged, defective, or contaminated at the time of delivery
The order delivered was incorrect
The product was spoiled before the stated shelf life
To be eligible, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos) via our official contact channels.
Approved cases may receive either a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
